Order by FAX: Send your fax to 828-884-4368. We will confirm receipt of your fax within 24 hours. Please note: If you fax your order more than once, multiple shipments could result. If you have not heard from us within the 24 hour period, please feel free to call our toll free number above. Orders received after 3:00 pm on Saturdays may not receive confirmation until the following Monday.
Order by Mail: Feel free to write down the items that you want and send to the address below. Please include a telephone number in case we need more information.
Order in Person: Stop by our store in downtown Brevard and our sales professionals will be happy to assist you with your shopping and gift-giving needs. Hours of operation are from 9:30 am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm Saturday. We are always closed on Sundays.
Out of Stock Situations: Should we be out of stock on a catalog item, we will briefly hold your order, or we will telephone you so you can instruct us of your wishes. For individual components of gift assortments, we reserve the right to make substitutions at a equal or greater value with no expense to you. Not all basket styles are available at all times.
Warm Weather Shipments: Perishable merchandise may need special shipping during warmer months or if they are being shipped to hot climates. Chocolate and other items may be unsuitable for standard ground shipping and a sales associate will go over available options and charges.
Corporate Gift Service: If your company has special gift giving needs please don't hesitate to call us at the above toll-free number. We will be delighted to handle the details. From a "welcome aboard" to "good luck in your future" to a simple "Thanks" no request is ever too small or too large.
Damages: In the best of all worlds, sometimes things get damaged. If there is any problem with your order, please do not hesitate to call our toll free number above and we will take the steps to make it right. Please save all packaging for inspection by the carrier.
Shipping: Standard shipping is UPS Ground service. Three day select, second day air, overnight and overnight expedited are available. All UPS shipments require a full street address. Post Office Boxes, Military addresses and overseas packages will be sent parcel post.
